  • Baby Corn (250 gm)
  • Maida (3/4th cup)
  • Eggs (2)
  • Garlic Paste (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Ginger Paste (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Oil (as required)
  • Capsicum (finely chopped – 1 whole)
  • Onions (finely chopped – ½ cup)
  • Garlic (finely chopped – 1 tablespoon)
  • Ajinomoto (1/4th tablespoon – optional)
  • Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
ing FOR SAUCE
  • Tops Cornflour ( tablespoon)
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Tops White Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Tops Soya Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Tomato Puree (1/2 cup)
  • Ajinomoto (1/4th tablespoon – optional)
  • Water (2 ½ cups)
  • Oil (as required)

  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, egg, maida, Ajinomoto and sufficient water to make the batter.
    Use this batter to coat baby corn and leave it aside for 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil and fry baby corns till golden brown.
  • Now, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic.
    Add capsicum and sauté it for some time.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and add it to the above vegetable mixture,
    simmer it together till sauce thickens.
  • Finally, add fried baby corn to this curry and occasionally
    stir it till it gets cooked and mixed up properly.
    Serve it hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves.
Tempting Singapore Noodles Recipe

ing INGREDIENTS

  • Top Taste plain noodles (120 gm)
  • Spring onions (chopped – 1 cup)
  • Capsicum (thinly sliced – 1 whole)
  • Cabbage (thinly sliced – 1 ½ cups)
  • Onion (thinly sliced – ½ cup)
  • Ginger (chopped – 2 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (chopped – 2 tablespoon)
  • Bean Sprouts (1 ½ cups – optional)
  • Sugar (1 teaspoon)
  • Water (1/4th cup)
  • Tops Soya sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt and black pepper (as needed)
  • Oil (as required)
  • Vietnamese curry powder (1 1/3th tablespoon – optional)

  • Soak Tops plain noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • Mix Tops soya sauce, sugar, and water together in a small bowl and keep it aside.
  • Now, heat oil in a deep pan, add garlic and curry powder, sauté it until aroma comes.
  • Add onion to the above mixture and stir-fry till golden brown.
  • Put in ginger, spring onions, then capsicum, cabbage and bean sprouts all one by one and cook them slightly.
  • Finally, add noodles, sauce mix, salt, and pepper, mix them all together properly.
  • Serve it hot with Manchurian.
Fiery Schezwan Sauce Recipe

ing INGREDIENTS

  • Sesame oil/Til oil (1/4th cup)
  • Red peppers (3-4 whole)
  • Onions (fine chopped – 3)
  • Chilli Powder (1/2 teaspoon – optional)
  • Tops Corn Flour (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (1 tablespoon)
  • Ginger (1 tablespoon)
  • Tops White vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Tops Soya sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • Tops Red chilli sauce (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (as needed)

  • Take onions, garlic, and ginger together and grind them.
  • Heat some oil in a pan, add red peppers and sauté them till they get dark.
  • Now, add onions, garlic, and ginger paste (made above) and sauté them.
  • Add corn flour mixture to it and boil it.
  • Then add chilli powder, Tops Soya sauce, Tops chilli sauce, Tops vinegar, salt and mix them well.
  • Cook it on a low flame till all the ingredients get blended (1 – 2 min).
  • Serve it with fried rice or noodles.

  • Mix cornflour in a little water before use to have a smooth consistency.
  • If you are a vegetarian, avoid adding eggs in baby corn Manchurian recipe.
  • Add more water to the gravy while cooking if the Manchurian sauce is thicker.
