 SO my first glowing skin secrets are first take an aloe vera leaf you can also take aloe vera gel. and apply the gel of Aloe vera on your face for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it with mild water. Do these steps for 5 days in a week. its benefits are : It contains vitamins C, E and beta carotene which helps to nourishing our skin and makes our skin glowing and healthy. It also moisturise our skin, and also protect our skin with sunburn.2. Take a proper diet daily. 

it is important for everyone to take a proper diet. proper diet means the diet which contains all type of nutritions like protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamin A vitamin B, Vitamin C etc. which is very important for our glowing and healthy skin and our body development. 3. Apply the paste of turmeric powder, rice flour and lemon juice. 

This paste is especially for men, first take two spoon rice flow the take half spoon turmic powder and five spoon lemon juice and mixed it, then apply the paste on your face for half an hour, and wash your face with mild water. Do these steps for 3 days in a week. Its benefits are: It protect your skin from pimples and acne, It makes your skin more soft and glowing, this paste also protect our skin from the Uv rays of sun, As we use rice flour in this paste so rice contains anti-oxidant property which is very good for our skin, this paste also remove dark circles from our face and makes our face healthy and glowing.

4. Practice exercise daily.
